Big Stone Gap, Va.-Michael Lee Baker, 35, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at his home.
He was a repairman for Better Heater & Cooling in Big Stone Gap. He loved to fish and collecting yellow roots from the mountains of the area.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Buford Baker; and his maternal grandparents, G. C. and Virginia Carter.
He is survived by his children, Abigail Baker, Haley Baker, Timmy Baker and Bailey Jean Wolf; his mother, Debbie Baker; his father, Hobart Lee Baker; sisters, Dianna Baker, Jessica Matera, Stefoni Baker and Kinzie Gardner; paternal grandmother, Brenda Baker; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at 11:00am Saturday, Oct 23, 2021, at the Valley Fire Department in East Stone Gap.
