Coeburn, Va.-Jo Wanda (Teasley) Hughes, 77, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at the Ballad Hospice House in Bristol, Tn.
She was a home health aide for Mountain Empire Older Citizens. She was a member of Kingdom Hall.
She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Dale Hughes; her parents, John and Dorothy (Harmon) Teasley; and siblings, Shirley Adkins, Leon Teasley, Rebecca Teasley and Paul Teasley.
Surviving are a son, Chad Hughes (Angie); three grandchildren, Sierra Hughes, Kylee Hughes and Jordan Meade; siblings, Jimmy Teasley (Lucinda), Shelby Evans (Harold), Charlene Meade, Jackie Teasley (Irene), Debbie Teasley, Danny Teasley (Sue) and Lois Ward (Harlan); and several nieces and nephews.
The family will announce a graveside service at a later date.
