East Stone Gap, Va.-Angela Esteppe Kennedy, 50, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2023, at the Ballad Hospice House in Bristol, Tn.
She was born in McAllen, Tx. and lived her entire life in East Stone Gap, Va. She was a 1990 graduate of Powell Valley High School. She was a loving mother to her three children. Her greatest joy in life was watching her kids excel in school and sports. She was a member of East Stone Gap Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Keith Esteppe, Sr.
Surviving are her husband, Michael Kennedy, Norton, Va.; her children, Isaiah Kennedy, Malakai Kennedy and Elaina Kennedy, all of the home; mother, Cathy Esteppe, East Stone Gap, Va.; brother, Keith Esteppe and wife, Spring of Blountville, Tn.; sister, Laura Ashley, Elizabethton, Tn.; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, June 4, 2023, at the East Stone Gap Baptist Church with Dr. Lonnie Brooks officiating.
