Big Stone Gap, VA - Betty Lynn McGuire, age 54, of Big Stone Gap, passed away on September 20, 2024.
Born on February 8, 1970, Lynn was a devoted Christian, loving mother, mamaw, daughter, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone she met. She was known for her kind soul, big laugh, and hard work ethic, and her commitment to her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Betty and Bill Robinson; the fathers of her children, Steve Craft and Kelly Stidham; her brothers, Billy Joe Robinson and Robert Wayne Robinson; and her sister Tammy Robinson Eads.
Lynn is survived by her mother, Theresia Hyatt; children, Tiffany Craft, Stephen Craft (Lindsay), Trey Stidham (Alyssa), Jeb Stidham, and Dale Stidham; her grandchildren, Abigail Craft, Blayklyn Almaraz, Eli Stidham, and Cash Stidham; her partner, Mark Pierce; her brothers, David Anderson and William McGuire; her sisters, Dianna Giles and Pamela Lamb; her lifelong friend, Amy Bates; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family will receive friends 5:00pm – 7:00pm Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Gilliam Funeral Home, 618 Wood Ave., W., Big Stone Gap, Va. The service will follow with the Rev. Joshua Grimes officiating.
