Jonesville, Va./Wise, Va.-Charles David Lester, 59, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021, at Norton Community Hospital.
David was born and raised in Wise, Va. He attended J. J. Kelly High School. He drove a coal truck and worked with Phil Collier and his moving company. He was a Christian.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Walter and Mildred (McDilda) Lester; and a sister, Nancy McDaniel.
Surviving are his siblings, Judy Webb, Myrna Orr, Walter Lester, Sharon Hodges, Bill Lester, Marsha Tolbert, Rodney Lester, Kathy Holbrook and Donna Holbrook; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
