Clintwood, Va.-Charles Morton Blair, 62, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at Holston Valley Medical Center, Kingsport, Tenn.
He was born and raised in Ironton, Ohio, and had lived in Harlan, Ky. and Southwest Virginia for the past several years. He was an electrician by trade. He loved cats.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Lillian (Basham) Blair.
Surviving are his daughter, Shalisha Wilson; four grandchildren, Dalton Blevins, Alisha Blevins, Delanya Roark and Erica Wilson; sisters, Patricia Stoner and Penny Houge, both of Orlando, Fla.; and nephew, Eric Hogue.
