St. Charles, Va.-Charles R. “Chuck” Rutherford, Jr., 54, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020 at his residence.
He was born in Hammond, Ind. and lived most of his life in St. Charles, Va. He was a general handyman.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles R. Rutherford, Sr.
Surviving are his four daughters, Linda Wilson (Wes), Jonesville, Va., Chasity Coomer (Randall) of Kentucky, Tammy Rutherford of Florida and Katrina Rutherford, Gray, Tenn.; two grandsons, Charles Wilson and Lucas Wilson; one granddaughter, Ava Rutherford; his mother, Linda Rutherford, East Stone Gap, Va.; two sisters, Belinda Gail Boggs (Joe), Kingsport, Tenn. and Rachel Marshall (Andrew), Jonesville, Va.; brother, Chris Rutherford (Megan), Big Stone Gap, Va.; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Joe Oaks.
A Celebration of Life service will be announced later by the family.
