Big Stone Gap, VA - Christine Yeary Johnson, 76, passed away on Monday, March 1, 2021 at her home in Big Stone Gap.

Christine was strong in her faith and attended Oak Grove Baptist Church in Big Stone Gap for many years.

Surviving are her sons Stephen Johnson, Las Vegas, NV and Aaron Johnson (Taylor), Big Stone Gap, VA. Grandchildren, Brooke “Logan” Johnson, Cameron Johnson, Graylan Johnson, and Riley Johnson. Sisters, Rosalee Blanton and Ann Kelly (Pat), both of Big Stone Gap, VA. Brother, Carl Ray Yeary (Ellen), Kingsport, TN.

She was preceded in death by her brothers Sonny Yeary, George Yeary, Billy Joe Yeary, Kyle Yeary, and a sister Hazel Burnside.

Christine was blessed with many nieces and nephews on both sides of her family.

Services were private. She was interred in Glencoe Cemetery. Gilliam Funeral Home and Crematory is honored to serve the Johnson family.
