Bristol, Va.-Dana Mae Tolbert, 56, passed away Thursday, Aug. 11, 2022, at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
She lived most of her life in Bristol, Va./Tn. She was a caregiver for years. She had a “green thumb” and could grow just about anything. She was of Presbyterian faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas Bostic and Frances (Delp) Caudill.
Surviving are her longtime companion, L. E. Swann, Bristol, Va.; children, Ricky Carter, Abingdon, Brian Carter, Roanoke, Jerry Otis, Bristol, Va., Timmy Griffith and Scotty Griffith, both of Greeneville, Tn.; four grandchildren; siblings, Diann Fuller and David Miller, both of Silver Springs, Fla., Jerry Bostic Pleasant Garden, NC., Lisa Miller, Saltville, Va. and Israel Miller, Lebanon, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held from 2:00pm – 5:00pm on Saturday, Aug. 20, 2022, at 200 Booher Rd, Bristol, Tn. 37620.
