Floy "Flo" Stiles Kelley

Kingsport, Tn./Big Stone Gap, Va.-Floy “Flo” Stiles Kelley, 90, passed away Wednesday, April 8, 2020, in Kingsport, Tn.

     She lived most of her life in Big Stone Gap, Va., lived in Kingsport for the past several years, and had resided at Wexford House since 2014. Flo was a member of First Baptist Church in Big Stone Gap, where she was very active serving her Lord in many roles, including Sunday School and the choir.  She was a long-time member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Big Stone Gap Chapter #157, serving as Past Worthy Matron.  She volunteered at the June Tolliver House and John Fox, Jr. Museum.

     She was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Kelley; and her parents, Harry and Clara (Smith) Stiles.

     Surviving are her five children, Diane (Bob) Botts, Pam Kelley, Tim (Lee Ann) Kelley, Cathy (Ed) Combs and Dale (Penny) Kelley; nine grandchildren, Andrew (Sara) Botts, Katie Botts, Hunter Botts, Caitlin Kelley, Benjamin Kelley, Kelley (Matthew) Howe, Cory Combs, Kayla Kelley and Zachary (Emily) Kelley; two great grandchildren, Kennedy and Asher Botts; two brothers, Bobby Gene (Shirley) Stiles and Bill (Betty) Stiles; sisters-in-law, Kay Kelly and Peggy Robinson; brothers-in-law, Jack Gembach and Fred Kelly; and several nieces, nephews and extended family.

     The family would like to thank the staff of Wexford House and Amedisys Hospice for their care of Flo.

     A private entombment service will be conducted at the Glencoe Cemetery Mausoleum with the Rev. Beverly Robinette officiating.
