Norton, Va.-Gerald Anderson, 54, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021, at Norton Community Hospital.
He was a J. J. Kelly High School graduate. “Jerry,” as he was affectionately known, was a former maintenance worker with Gilliam Court Apartments in Wise, Va., where he loved serving the tenants who lived there. He loved to fish.
Surviving are his longtime companion, Renee Mitchell, Norton; daughter, Desiree Mithchell, Norton; son, Chris Mullins and wife, Michelle, Dante, Va.; two grandchildren, Brayden Mullins and Taelyn Mullins; brothers, Charlie Anderson and Ritchie Anderson (Tina); sister, Crystal Anderson; and several nieces and nephews.
