Wise, Va.-Isacc Newton Fields, Jr., 58, passed away on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Norton Community Hospital.
He was a lifelong resident of Wise and Norton, Va. and was previously employed with Quesenberry Construction.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ottamae (Ramey) Mefford.
Surviving are his wife, Debbie (Cox) Fields; daughter, Ashley Dawn Fields, Castlewood, Va.; two grandchildren; uncle, Donald Ramey and wife Loice of Wise; step daughter, Brittany Garrett; and a special cousin, Selena Ramey.
