Big Stone Gap, Va.-Kaye E. (Kelly) Blair, 47, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021, at her home.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sandra Mullins.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan Blair, Big Stone Gap; her father, David Kelly, Big Stone Gap; three brothers, Jim Kelly, Keokee, Va., Todd Kelly, Mooresburg, Tn. and Joshua Kelly, Roanoke, Va.; nieces, Jessica Kelly, Jennifer Kelly; nephew, Justin Kelly; and great nieces, Kaylee Delph and Angelina Kelly.
A Celebration of Life Service will be scheduled at a later date.
