Randall "Randy" Paul Phillips

Duffield, Va.-Randall “Randy” Paul Phillips, 79, of the Jasper Community, passed away on Monday, February 6, 2023, at his home, surrounded by his family.
He proudly served in the U. S. Army. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator for Quesenberry, Inc. He loved farming, coon hunting and most importantly, he loved his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Lucille (Hicks) Phillips; and three brothers, Roger “Toad” Phillips, Richard Phillips and Robert “Robbie” Phillips.
Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Mary Sue (Collins) Phillips; children, Tammy Sue Phillips, East Stone Gap, Va., Randall “Wheel” Phillips (Vicki), Jenkins, Ky., Jennifer Carroll, Appalachia, Va., Connie Pleasant, East Stone Gap and Richard “Tom” Phillips, Jasper, Va.; 13 grandchildren, Abbey Adams (Jason), Lyndsay Brooks (Kevin), Dustin Blanken, Travis Phillips (Laurissa), Tyler Phillips (Cree), Randee Phillips, Jessica Carroll, Joshua Shane Carroll, Cody Pleasant (Tiffany), Adam Pleasant (Kirsten), Brittaney Pleasant, Austin Phillips and Courtney Hamilton (Landon); 30 great grandchildren; siblings, Rocky Phillips (Linda), Big Stone Gap, Va., Rhelda Collins (Mike), East Stone Gap, Russell Phillips (Connie), Big Stone Gap, and Rebecca Owens (Gary), Johnson City, Tn.; and several nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7:00pm with Pastor Willie Barker officiating.
