Big Stone Gap, Va.-Sandra Kaye “Granny” Mullins, 74, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Lonesome Pine Hospital, Big Stone Gap.

     She was a lifelong resident of Lee and Wise County, Va. She was a sales clerk with Black Diamond in Big Stone Gap, Va.  She was a member of P. A. C. E.

     She was preceded in death by her great grandchild, Harley Kelly; her parents, Estel Jackson Trammell and Artie Gertrude Hughes Trammell; brother, Paul Trammell; son-in-law, John Thacker.

     Surviving are two sons, James Kelly (Missy), Keokee, Va. and David Todd Kelly (Melissa) of Rogersville, TN; daughter, Kaye Blair, Big Stone Gap, Va.; eleven grandchildren; brother, Chuck Trammell, Safford, Az.; and several nieces and nephews.

     Services will be private.  She will be laid to rest in Glencoe Cemetery, with Rev. Alan Collier officiating.
