Kingsport, Tn./Big Stone Gap, Va.-Terrence Jerome Poole, 46, passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Holston Valley Medical Center.
He was born and raised in Big Stone Gap and was a welder, by trade.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Wayne Poole and Thelma Jean (Skaggs) Ewing.
Surviving are his wife, Sally Lavette Clark; children, Mykel Tre’ Maxwell, Gate City, Va., Makayla Poole, Bristol, Tn., Daemai Jerone Lester (Audumn), Norton, Va. and Daveon Blaken, Big Stone Gap, Va.; special cousins, Shelia Pinkston, Big Stone Gap and Celia Pinkston, Hopewell, Va.; step-father, Darrell Ewing, Bristol, Va., aunt, Cynthia S. Clark, Abingdon, Va.; cousins, Misti Pinkston Allen (John), Charlotte, NC, Malcolm Pinkston, Appalachia, Va., Myron Pinkston, Kingsport, Kairi Thompson, Kingsport and Doug Campbell (Nikki), Wytheville, Va.; a special friend, Teresa Woods, Kingsport, Tn. and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2pm on Saturday, January 2, 2020, at the Williams Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, 414 3rd Avenue, E., in Big Stone Gap with Pastor Sandra Jones officiating.
