Keokee, Va.-Tonya Miller Devlin, 42, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2020 at her home.

     She was born in Norton, Va., and lived in Keokee, Va. for most of her life.  Tonya was a graduate of Appalachia High School and served as an R.N. at Heritage Hall Healthcare in Big Stone Gap for several years.

     She is survived by her daughters, Carrie Rich and Morgan Ruth Gilliam, of the home; her parents, George and Mary Ann (Rose) Miller, Sr.; and a brother, George “Little John” Miller, Jr., all of Keokee, Va.

     Services are private.
